It is very possible you have a million questions and that is quite all right.
So if I sent you this page it is because you may be interested in me being your wedding photographer. So let me walk you through what that may look like. Not everyone has booked a photographer before and it can seem over whelming.
Let’s Meet //
If you are considering inviting me to your wedding we should get to know each other! I will send you a quick questionnaire to help break the ice a bit but then when we meet in person we can iron out all the details. If we can’t meet in person I am a phone call away or we can video chat.
I’ll send you a ‘booking proposal’ where you will pick what package you want, details, pay my retainer, and sign my contract. Once you have clicked ‘submit’ we are official. That easy! Once you are booked I’ll send you some helpful tips and tools that you may find helpful for the big day.
Engagement & Bridal Session //
If you decide you would like to do an engagement session (which I highly recommend) or a bridal session, we will start planning and set a date for that. Engagement sessions are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and see how we work together. I especially love these sessions because they are always so much fun and we will laugh a lot!
First thing I’m going to do is greet you with a huge smile and great big hug! It is such an honor to be invited to be apart of such a special day and I am there as a friend now. I am there to celebrate with you as you share your first look, dance your first dance, and say I Do. I like to think of myself as a candid moment ninja. I am always observing and finding those precious moments during your wedding that you may not see. This why you have asked me to be your wedding photographer!
Gallery Reveal //
Completion of images is about 4 weeks. Of course I will send you some sneak peeks so you can share them with friends and family. Once your images are ready, you will receive your pictures through a personalized online gallery from which you can download the files straight to your computer. After viewing your gallery we will then talk about what portraits you will use for your prints or books included in your package.
